Who you are

You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, either at an agency or in-house, and you understand the nuances of sourcing candidates for both tech and non-tech roles. Your research experience, perhaps gained during your university studies, gives you an edge in identifying top talent. You possess self-discipline and a good command of English, which helps you communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.

What you'll do

As a Talent Sourcer at Wheely, you will be responsible for searching for candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards. You will assist recruiters by scheduling interviews and following up for feedback, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, you will maintain the candidate database in Greenhouse, keeping it organized and ensuring that hiring teams adhere to established guidelines. Your role is crucial in supporting the company's rapid growth and helping to build a world-class team.
