Who you are

You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, either at an agency or in-house, which has equipped you with the skills to effectively search for candidates across various platforms. Your research experience, perhaps from university, gives you an edge in identifying the right talent for both tech and non-tech roles. You possess self-discipline and a good command of English, allowing you to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will search for candidates for various positions, including executive roles, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and job boards. You will assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, you will maintain the candidate database in Greenhouse, keeping it organized and ensuring that hiring teams adhere to established guidelines. Your contributions will be vital in helping Wheely expand its exceptional talent pool as the company grows.
