What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies within the Northeast territory. You will develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with your account team, focusing on delivering stronger value propositions to your clients. Your responsibilities will include tracking customer activity in internal systems to execute on your account strategy effectively. You will cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and understanding their business workflows.
You will oversee all account activities for your book of business, taking ownership of account relationships and driving overall customer satisfaction. Your role will involve working with experts and specialists as needed to address client needs and enhance service delivery. You will be responsible for forecasting and keeping management updated on account activities, gathering intelligence on competitors to inform your strategies.
