Overview

Equip Health is seeking a Product Manager II for Reporting & Analytics to enhance the user experience of their data analytics platform. You'll collaborate with domain experts to leverage data for improving organizational processes. This role requires a passion for data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

As the Product Manager for Reporting & Analytics at Equip, you will take ownership of the analytics platform, ensuring it meets the needs of various stakeholders. You will collaborate with domain experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as defining success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. This includes creating product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user needs, and coordinating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also be responsible for communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process.

In addition, you will analyze data to inform product decisions, leveraging insights to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
