Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 3+ years of experience in data and reporting roles. You are skilled in defining metrics and understand how to translate complex data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external audiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to work effectively with quantitative data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and growth to achieve common goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making data-driven decisions that impact the company's strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the productization of Gauntletβs core metrics, defining what is measured and how it is reported. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the metrics are accurate, timely, and consistent across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing reporting frameworks that facilitate internal decision-making and enhance external transparency. You will lead initiatives to improve data collection processes and reporting tools, ensuring that the company can effectively communicate its performance to stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze data trends and provide insights that drive strategic decisions within the organization. You will also be involved in user research to understand the needs of the community and how they consume data, ensuring that our reporting aligns with user expectations.
