You have a strong background in clinical data analysis and compliance, with experience in trauma registry practices. Your expertise in aligning data dictionaries and ensuring regulatory compliance is complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and clinical teams. You possess a keen understanding of validation rule development and submission logic, ensuring that data accuracy and compliance are upheld. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and aligning customer data with ESO's Patient Registry system requirements, providing recommendations for accurate integration and compliance. You will design, build, test, and maintain trauma registry validation rules and submission logic, ensuring that all processes meet NTDB/TQIP standards. Your role will involve creating documentation that clarifies compliance requirements for both customers and internal teams, contributing to knowledge bases and reference materials.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, bridging the gap between clinical and technical language to ensure that compliance needs are met. Your ability to adapt to mission-critical priorities will be essential as you work on various projects that enhance ESO's products and customer outcomes. You will also engage in ongoing education and certification to further your expertise in trauma registry practices.
