LendingTree is hiring a Compliance Analyst to support the organization’s regulatory compliance program. You'll work on third-party vendor compliance and risk management activities. This position requires a solid understanding of corporate governance principles and enterprise risk management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a solid understanding of corporate governance principles and enterprise risk management — you know how to align compliance activities with strategic objectives and risk appetite. You are detail-oriented and have experience in assessing and monitoring third-party vendor risks, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with various stakeholders across the organization, strengthening oversight of vendors and outsourced services.
You are proactive in identifying compliance issues and evaluating control effectiveness — you thrive in environments where you can support remediation efforts within established governance and risk management structures. Your analytical skills enable you to perform compliance due diligence and risk assessments of third-party vendors, reviewing policies, controls, and regulatory attestations.
What you'll do
As a Compliance Analyst at LendingTree, you will support third-party risk management activities, including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding of vendors. You will perform compliance due diligence and risk assessments, ensuring that vendors comply with applicable regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. Tracking and managing vendor issues, remediation efforts, and risk acceptance decisions will be key responsibilities in your role.
You will collaborate with different verticals, including Legal, to ensure that compliance standards are met and maintained. Your role will involve evaluating vendor compliance and working closely with stakeholders to strengthen oversight and adherence to internal policies. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in vendor management processes and implementing best practices to enhance compliance efforts.
