You have a strong understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements, with demonstrated experience in compliance testing and monitoring. You are detail-oriented and capable of identifying potential compliance risks and control deficiencies. Your ability to document trends or patterns in control failures and recommend corrective actions is essential for enhancing control effectiveness.

You are skilled in managing and tracking escalated customer complaints, ensuring timely and thorough resolution while leveraging insights to identify emerging issues. Your proactive approach to continuous process improvements will contribute significantly to the Compliance team’s success.

What you'll do

As a Compliance Analyst at LendingTree, you will perform ongoing monitoring and testing activities in accordance with the annual compliance testing plan. You will document test results, supporting evidence, and identified issues in a clear and consistent format. Validating corrective actions to confirm that issues have been remediated appropriately will be a key part of your responsibilities.

You will maintain organized records of testing results and workpapers to support internal audits and regulatory examinations. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards across LendingTree’s line of business.
