Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience designing web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in ecommerce experiences. You are a thoughtful problem solver and a clear communicator, passionate about design and eager to grow your skills. Your understanding of user-centered design, systems thinking, and interaction design allows you to create exceptional user experiences that align with business goals.
You are proficient in design software, particularly Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, and you stay updated with the latest web design trends and technologies. Your familiarity with user research enables you to synthesize creative briefs and internal feedback effectively, ensuring that your designs meet project objectives and resonate with users.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at Esri, you will play a crucial role in the Digital Commerce Team, designing for both internal stakeholders and distributors globally. You will balance user-centered design principles with business goals to create innovative web solutions that enhance the online shopping experience. Collaborating with a high-performing team of Product Designers, you will work closely with UX designers, writers, developers, and stakeholders to develop designs across a portfolio of Esri products and marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible for synthesizing creative briefs and wireframes, incorporating internal feedback to refine your designs. Your role will involve staying current with new web design trends and technologies, ensuring that your work not only meets but exceeds user expectations. You will contribute to the growth of your team by sharing your expertise and learning from others, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
