What you'll do

As a Senior Instructor at Esri, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings. You will work closely with customers to understand their business processes and identify areas where GIS can enhance their operations. Your role involves providing ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them overcome challenges and grow their ArcGIS skills. You will collaborate with organizations across multiple industries, including Defense, Public Safety, and Health Services, to expand the use of ArcGIS maps and applications. Your contributions will ensure sustainable GIS workflows and operations, ultimately empowering customers to maximize their productivity and confidence in using GIS software.
