You have a strong background in GIS technologies, particularly with ArcGIS, and have experience leading technical teams. Your ability to mentor and inspire others is complemented by your expertise in civilian sciences, making you a trusted advisor to clients. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals through innovative solutions.
With a proven track record in managing technical activities, you excel at collaborating with account and sales managers to lead all technical stages of the sales process. Your advanced understanding of sales strategies allows you to develop complex solutions tailored to the needs of Esri's strategic customers. You are adept at problem-solving and enjoy tackling complex challenges in the GIS domain.
What you'll do
In this role, you will empower your team by managing their technical activities and providing active coaching, clear direction, and regular feedback. You will cultivate a virtual team that supports sales objectives and generates results, ensuring that your team is aligned with the overall goals of the organization. As a technical leader, you will demonstrate your expertise in ArcGIS and civilian sciences, guiding your team in delivering impactful solutions.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Esri and the National Government team, shaping strategies that showcase the value of GIS technologies. Your role will involve mentoring Solution Engineers, helping them grow their skills and confidence in delivering solutions to clients. You will also be responsible for driving the adoption of GIS technologies within the Civilian Sciences community, ensuring that customers can make informed, data-driven decisions.
