What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate phone and onsite interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will manage travel arrangements and new hire activities, playing a crucial part in the recruitment process. Maintaining accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system will be one of your key responsibilities, and you will act quickly to resolve any data discrepancies. You will also be responsible for coordinating workflow processes with various team members, ensuring that communication remains clear and effective throughout the recruitment process.
