What you'll do

In this internship, you will be responsible for sourcing profiles that align with business needs, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. You will schedule and brief candidates about their profiles, helping them prepare for interviews. Managing stakeholders will be a key part of your role, as you will need to coordinate with various teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience. You will drive the entire recruitment process, capturing and updating data on the Management Information System (MIS) to keep track of candidate progress. Additionally, you will assist with other HR activities as needed, gaining valuable experience in the field.
