You have over 5 years of experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and related platform technologies — your deep understanding of these tools allows you to effectively contribute to the quality assurance process. You are a self-motivated team player who thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with product engineers and software developers to ensure the functionality of the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.

Your expertise in automation is complemented by your ability to gather, design, and write automated test cases that reflect real-world use cases. You are adept at monitoring and analyzing test results, and you communicate software issues clearly to ensure that the development team can address them promptly. Your insights guide the interpretation of test results, helping to shape the vision for quality in the software.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Test Engineer, you will play a foundational role in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal team. You will design and evolve a resilient automated test framework, strengthening automated coverage with each new feature release. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with feature teams to gather requirements and write comprehensive automated test cases that ensure software quality and release readiness.

You will monitor and analyze test results, working across teams to advocate for the vision of automation within the Enterprise portal team. When issues arise, you will support the team in understanding where, why, and how they occurred, ensuring that the software delivered to users is dependable and of high quality. Your dedication and influence will directly contribute to the success of the ArcGIS Enterprise portal, impacting users across the globe.
