What you'll do

As an Operations Ambassador at Everlane, you will maintain store standards and create an inviting, customer-first environment. You will deliver seamless transactions by accurately processing purchases, returns, and exchanges. Your responsibilities will include leading shipment processing and ensuring that the stockroom is organized and well-managed. You will also train and support team members on back-of-house standards and processes, ensuring inventory accuracy through procurement and replenishment. Your role is crucial in supporting the heartbeat of the store and contributing to a positive customer experience.
