Experience with People tech stacks and familiarity with HR systems will be advantageous. A background in project management or program management will also be beneficial in this role, as you will be responsible for leading various initiatives within the People Operations team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. You will collaborate closely with the People, Finance, and Legal teams to manage the People tech stack, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization and its employees. You will be responsible for designing, scaling, and managing the infrastructure that powers the employee experience at Everlaw. This includes optimizing existing processes and implementing new solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of the team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every Everlawyer has the support they need to do their best work, and you will be instrumental in creating a positive and productive work environment.
