Who you are
You have a strong background in people operations, particularly in immigration and mobility, and are adept at providing expert consultations to employees and recruiters. Your experience includes managing complex mobility cases and overseeing programs like the I-9 Right to Work program, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization. Your attention to detail and organizational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide expert consultations to employees and recruiters regarding immigration and mobility matters. You will serve as the signatory backup for immigration paperwork and manage complex mobility cases, including Geo-flex, part-time transitions, and global assignments. You will oversee the I-9 Right to Work program and provide offboarding support, ensuring a smooth transition for employees leaving the company.
You will also manage the HR queue, which includes handling business visa letters, international verification of employment, and custom employment requests. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the People team to support the overall mission of fostering a healthy and supportive work environment.
What we offer
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $151,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving access to mobility and saving lives through innovative technology.
