EverQuote is seeking a Senior Contracts and Compliance Specialist to support their Legal team in regulatory compliance and commercial contracting. This hybrid role is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Description
Who you are
You have significant experience in compliance and contracts, ideally within a legal or regulatory environment. Your strong attention to detail ensures that compliance policies are implemented effectively and that documentation is thorough and accurate. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative settings, working closely with various internal teams such as Sales, Business Development, Technology, and Analytics. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey complex concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to continuously enhance your skill set and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist the Legal team in drafting and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and training. You will manage the Contract Management System (Ironclad), ensuring that all contracts are processed efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations. You will serve as a liaison to internal business teams, facilitating communication and collaboration on compliance-related matters. Your responsibilities will also include conducting training sessions on compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that all employees are informed and equipped to adhere to regulations. You will be involved in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and assisting in audits as necessary. Your role will require you to manage time-sensitive deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $110,000, with starting salaries typically in the lower part of this range.
