Desirable

Experience in building coding tutorials or similar projects would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales processes and customer interactions. If you've taken a company from initial outreach to closing deals, that experience will serve you well in this role.

What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Exa, you will play a crucial role in connecting our engineering capabilities with customer needs. You will take part in sales calls, analyzing user interactions to identify ways to improve our sales pipeline. Your technical skills will be put to use as you fix bugs in both the frontend and backend systems based on customer feedback. You will also have the opportunity to build coding tutorials that demonstrate the Exa API, helping to educate our customers and enhance their experience with our products. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-performance solutions to our clients.
