What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Mithrl, you will partner directly with customers to deploy and operationalize our AI Co-Scientist platform within their private cloud environments. Your role will involve hands-on collaboration with customer teams to set up secure cloud environments and configure integrations that align with their workflows. You will troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure that Mithrl becomes an integral part of their discovery process. Your responsibilities will include designing deployment architectures, automating provisioning steps, and validating platform functionality to ensure a frictionless experience for scientific teams. You will also be involved in ongoing support and optimization of the deployed solutions, working closely with customers to adapt to their evolving needs.
