You are comfortable working flexible hours, particularly during the evening shift from 4 PM to 12 AM UTC.

What you'll do

As a Support Engineer at Kinsta, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance through our live chat system. You will troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress hosting and guide customers through solutions, ensuring they have a seamless experience. You will collaborate with the Support Manager and your team to continuously improve our support processes and contribute to a culture of learning and growth. Your role will involve staying updated on the latest WordPress developments and Kinsta's offerings to provide informed support. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance your skills and those of your colleagues.
