Overview

ExecOnline is hiring a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent to provide effective service to participants in online leadership development programs. This part-time remote role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You understand the importance of championing customer happiness and satisfaction, and you possess the patience and understanding necessary to assist clients effectively. Your strong written communication skills enable you to interact professionally with high-level executives from premier companies around the world. You are adaptable and can work during various time blocks, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.

You have experience in customer support, ideally for executives or businesses, and you are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you believe in the power of collaboration to drive success.

What you'll do

As a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients with questions about their online learning experience. You will provide solutions for technical issues and assist with logistical and administrative matters. Your role will involve communicating effectively with participants to ensure they have a positive experience with our leadership development programs. You will receive onboarding and ongoing training to equip you with the necessary tools and resources to excel in your position.
