You are familiar with Linux command line operations and have experience in case management using CRM systems like ServiceNow and JIRA.

You understand the importance of aligning technical support with customer goals and objectives, ensuring a seamless service delivery experience.
Desirable

What you'll do
As a Technical Product Support Engineer, you will proactively manage the technical support relationship between clients and Exegy’s internal teams. You will own and manage service delivery for multiple high-touch customer relationships, ensuring that their technical needs are met effectively. Your role will involve incident management and hands-on technical support activities, where appropriate, to resolve issues promptly.
You will be responsible for overall client support case management, utilizing lightweight project management methodologies to track progress and report on outcomes. Establishing strong relationships with clients will be key, as you become their go-to person for both standard and complex methodologies. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements and service enhancements.
