What you'll do
As a Technical Support Engineer at Finch, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing inbound tickets and ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support. Your focus will be on scaling knowledge of the Finch ecosystem to current and prospective customers. You will partner closely with our Developer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver optimum service and proactively surface the right information to the right user at the right time. Your role will involve not only responding to customer inquiries but also identifying opportunities for improvement in our support processes. You will be expected to contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other resources that empower customers to find solutions independently.
