What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Account Management team at ezCater, focusing on driving growth with top accounts. You will collaborate with executive leadership and Sales leaders to enhance account management effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing account plans, leading weekly business reviews, and enabling target setting across the team. You will partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to streamline processes and ensure that account management strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
You will be responsible for maintaining and deepening relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Your strategic insights will help identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the account management function. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
