Shift4 is seeking a Director of Enterprise Account Management to lead relationships with complex enterprise merchants. This role requires deep FinTech experience and focuses on customer success and strategic advisory.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in enterprise account management, particularly within the payments or FinTech sectors — you've successfully navigated complex payment ecosystems and understand the nuances of card-not-present environments. Your ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders is second to none, and you thrive in environments where you can advocate for client needs while collaborating with internal teams.
You possess a strategic mindset and are adept at onboarding and optimizing enterprise clients — your experience has equipped you with the skills to guide clients through integrations and platform enhancements effectively. You are comfortable working with technical, operational, and compliance teams to ensure that enterprise clients realize maximum value from the payments platform.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the overall success and retention of a portfolio of strategic enterprise merchants — you will act as the primary point of contact for high-impact accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will lead clients through onboarding processes and ongoing optimization initiatives, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you understand their business needs and can advocate for them within Shift4. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement and support.
