You are adept at designing methodologies that consistently exceed retention and expansion targets, inspiring customers to leverage Vanta's offerings effectively.
You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with both your team and clients. You are committed to developing your team members, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. Your experience in the commercial and enterprise sectors equips you with insights into the unique challenges and opportunities these segments present. You are passionate about security and compliance, understanding how they play a critical role in building trust with customers.
What you'll do
As the Director of Upmarket Account Management at Vanta, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of Managers who will oversee Account Managers focused on the Commercial and Enterprise segments. You will design and implement a comprehensive account management strategy that emphasizes customer value and high performance. Your role will involve hiring and developing a team that can effectively recruit, coach, and mentor top talent, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed their quotas.
You will collaborate closely with various departments to represent your team and advocate for customer needs. This includes working with Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience for clients and partnering with Product and Marketing to align strategies that enhance customer engagement. Your leadership will be crucial in executing Vanta's upmarket strategy, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of delivering value in the GRC space.
