Cision is seeking a Director of Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers and develop strategies for retaining and expanding key accounts. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in account management.

You are an experienced leader with a proven track record in account management, capable of guiding a team of Account Managers to success. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that enhance customer retention and account growth. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with both your team and clients. You thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire your team from a distance. Your analytical skills help you assess performance metrics and drive improvements effectively.

What you'll do

As the Director of Account Management, you will take charge of leading a team of Account Managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles. You will be instrumental in developing strategies that focus on retaining and expanding our presence within our largest and most strategic accounts. Your leadership will be key to driving performance and ensuring the ongoing success of both our customers and the account management team.
