What you'll do

As a Fulfillment Excellence Specialist at ezCater, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of technology and operational workflows. You will lead projects aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing tooling to elevate the customer and external partner experience. Your responsibilities will include leading impactful cross-functional collaboration through kickoff meetings and stakeholder check-ins.

You will support identifying impactful opportunities and building business cases for prioritization. As a subject matter expert on the deployment of Fulfillment Excellence tools, you will advise other departments when questions arise and champion operational excellence. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that operational processes are efficient and effective.
