What you'll do

In this role, you will execute high-volume, recurring marketing operations tasks, including customer order creation and data entry. You will perform thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that all work is accurate, complete, and compliant with standard operating procedures. You will process payments using internal resources for both recurring and ad hoc tasks, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues as needed. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and system updates will be crucial to support operational workflows effectively.
