What you'll do

As a Commercial Counsel at ezCater, you will be the primary legal support for our demand-side sales organization, which serves a diverse range of clients from SMBs to Fortune 100 companies. Your responsibilities will include negotiating commercial sales agreements using both ezCater templates and third-party documents, ensuring that all contracts align with the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate with various business units to address customer needs and support the continuous improvement of our legal processes. Additionally, you will design and participate in contracts-related training for the sales organization, helping to enhance their understanding of legal considerations in the sales process.
