You are an experienced leader with a strong background in people operations, having spent several years developing and executing talent strategies in a global context. You thrive on bringing structure to complexity and have a proven track record of driving operational rigor across large organizations. Your ability to align company vision with workforce planning is exceptional, and you are skilled at identifying opportunities for professional growth within your team.
You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. You understand the nuances of managing a diverse workforce and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with scaling a multi-billion dollar enterprise. Your experience includes leading high-performing teams and fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
What you'll do
In this foundational leadership role, you will oversee the evolution of Smartsheet's global talent strategy and the People Business Partnering function. You will collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer to ensure that the workforce plan aligns with the company's strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include designing frameworks and organizational structures that support the company's growth objectives.
You will lead a team of People Business Partners, guiding them in their professional development and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. As a key partner to the global leadership team, you will identify opportunities to optimize the talent landscape across the U.S. and key international hubs, ensuring that Smartsheet attracts and retains top talent.
