You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, ideally within the technology sector. With over 10 years of experience, you understand the nuances of building and leading high-performing sales teams. You are adept at developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess market trends and customer needs effectively, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that align with the company's goals. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which help you build relationships with key stakeholders and motivate your team to achieve ambitious targets.
Desirable
Experience in AI or search technology is a plus, as is familiarity with both direct and channel sales strategies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. A background in managing sales teams across different regions will be beneficial, as you will oversee all sales activities across the AMER region.
What you'll do
