Who you are
You are an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in relationship management and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. You possess a high level of initiative and are independent in your approach to managing key accounts. Your ability to form deep relationships with clients makes you a trusted advisor for their needs. You understand the importance of providing a world-class customer experience and are committed to advocating for your clients' businesses. You have excellent project management skills and can lead time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You are strategic in your thinking and can develop and execute account plans to retain and increase revenue and market share.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and account plans that focus on retaining and increasing revenue within your accounts. You will continually drive revenue through cross and up-sell opportunities, ensuring that you are an advocate for your clients' businesses. You will monitor market and competitor activities to stay ahead of trends and changes in the industry. Collaborating closely with multiple internal functions, including product, credit risk, compliance, solution delivery, technology, and operations, you will work to improve our products and services. Your role will also involve overseeing relationship management with key customers in the East and Central Africa region, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive excellent service.
