Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer operations, ideally with experience in the public sector or national security. Your expertise in leveraging AI technologies to drive improvements in public services sets you apart. You are intellectually curious and eager to innovate in the field of AI, understanding its potential to transform government operations.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to build relationships and trust with government clients is crucial, as you will be working closely with them to implement AI solutions that benefit individual citizens and the public good.

You are adaptable and open to working on-site with clients when necessary, demonstrating your commitment to delivering impactful results. Your experience in managing customer relationships and understanding their needs will enable you to drive successful AI initiatives.

Desirable

Experience with UK Security Clearance (SC) is a plus, as it may be required for certain government projects. Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the national security sector will enhance your ability to contribute effectively.

What you'll do

As the Customer Director, you will lead the Government and Public Services business unit, focusing on leveraging AI to enhance public services. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including government agencies, to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI solutions that address critical challenges faced by government clients. You will be responsible for driving user-centric AI initiatives that improve service delivery and enhance citizen engagement.
