You are a strategic enterprise seller with a proven track record in driving revenue growth within complex organizations. With a strong understanding of the life sciences sector, you value ownership and influence in your role, and you are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant commercial impact. You thrive in environments where you can engage with senior scientific, IP, R&D, and commercial stakeholders, guiding them in decisions that influence innovation strategy and portfolio direction.
You possess excellent account planning skills and have experience in developing multi-threaded relationships that align executive priorities with tangible commercial outcomes. Your ability to balance expansion and new business growth is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a rapidly growing vertical and are excited about the potential of an AI-native solution in the life sciences market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building, penetrating, and expanding a Tier 1 enterprise territory within the life sciences sector. You will shape and execute your territory strategy, focusing on both expansion (60%) and new business growth (40%). Your conversations will be thoughtful and commercially significant, as you engage with senior stakeholders to address their business challenges and demonstrate the value of our AI-native platform.
You will lead disciplined account planning efforts, ensuring that you develop strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs of biotech, pharmaceutical, chemical, and research-led enterprises, and providing solutions that drive long-term value creation. You will have the autonomy to own your territory like a business, with the influence and earning potential that comes with it.
