You have a strong background in data analysis, particularly in the context of human resources — your experience allows you to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You thrive in environments that are rapidly evolving and enjoy building frameworks from the ground up, ensuring that people data is not just collected but effectively utilized. Your ability to communicate findings clearly and compellingly makes you a valuable partner to HR and business leaders alike.

You possess a solid understanding of SQL and are comfortable working with various data visualization tools — your technical skills enable you to design and maintain intuitive reports that make HR data accessible and actionable. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying trends and opportunities within workforce data, which helps inform key decisions that enhance the employee experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver people insights by analyzing workforce data to identify trends, highlight risks, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations. You will build impactful dashboards that present HR data in a way that is easy to understand for HR and business leaders. Your presentations will effectively communicate key findings and recommendations, ensuring that insights are actionable and lead to informed decision-making.

You will manage and analyze results from Culture & Engagement Surveys, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement. Supporting key HR cycles, you will deliver data insights and reporting that inform performance and compensation processes. Additionally, you will drive process improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities to automate reporting and enhance data flows, ultimately improving the efficiency of analytics within the organization.
