Farfetch is seeking an Interim Account Manager who is Italian speaking to improve and expand the online performance of wholesale boutique partners. You'll collaborate with the commercial team to achieve business objectives while building strong relationships with partners.

Who you are

You are an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in managing client relationships and driving sales performance. You possess excellent communication skills in both English and Italian, allowing you to connect effectively with boutique partners. You have a proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve business goals and are adept at building trust with clients at all levels. Your ability to analyze sales data and market trends enables you to provide valuable insights to your partners, helping them optimize their sales strategies.

Desirable

Experience in the luxury fashion industry is a plus, as is familiarity with e-commerce platforms. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results. You have a passion for fashion and a keen understanding of the luxury market, which allows you to engage meaningfully with boutique partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for improving and supporting the online performance of our wholesale boutique partners worldwide. You will establish trusting relationships with boutiques, ensuring they are actively involved in achieving business objectives. Collaborating closely with the larger commercial team, you will work to optimize sales channels and enhance the overall customer experience. You will analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to your partners, helping them to maximize their sales potential. Additionally, you will participate in strategic discussions to drive the growth of our partnerships and contribute to the overall success of Farfetch.
