Fender is hiring for positions on the factory floor in Corona, CA, where you'll be part of a team that builds iconic guitars. This role requires a commitment to quality and a willingness to learn, with a starting pay of $18.00/hour.
Job Description
Who you are
You take pride in working with your hands and have a strong attention to detail. You are committed to quality and enjoy being part of a team that values craftsmanship. Whether you have experience in construction, carpentry, automotive, paint, or metalwork, or simply love to build and learn, this is a place for you to grow. You are comfortable working with tools and machinery and can thrive in a physically active environment. Basic reading and writing skills in English are required, and being bilingual is a plus. You are legally authorized to work in the U.S. and are willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
What you'll do
On the factory floor, you will join a dedicated team that shapes, finishes, inspects, and packs guitars by hand and with machinery. This is a physical, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you will be trained on the job. You will follow production processes and work closely with your team to ensure that each instrument meets Fender's high standards of quality. Your work will contribute to a global legacy, and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a recognized brand.
What we offer
Starting pay is $18.00/hour, with potential for higher pay based on shift differential or specialized skills.
