Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in building, maintaining, repairing, and customizing guitars — your hands-on skills ensure that you can address the needs of artists effectively. You understand the intricacies of guitar technology and are passionate about providing top-notch support to musicians. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work seamlessly with product development teams, ensuring that product specifications meet the high standards expected by Fender. You are proactive in problem-solving and can devise solutions to technical challenges that arise during product production.
What you'll do
As a Guitar Tech at Fender, you will collaborate with the Product Development team during the early stages of product design, contributing to product specifications and proof of concept for new Fender products. You will prepare, release, and confirm production schedules while working closely with multi-functional teams to ensure effective product launches. Your role will involve maintaining, repairing, and customizing equipment for artists, prioritizing the needs of endorsers. You will visit artists during recordings, rehearsals, and live performances to understand their equipment situations and reflect on their requests, ensuring they have a comfortable environment during Fender-related events.
