Fieldguide is hiring a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager to build and manage their customer marketing program. You'll focus on enhancing customer relationships and driving advocacy initiatives. This role requires a strong customer-centric approach and experience in customer success.

You have a strong background in customer advocacy and success, with a proven track record of building and managing customer marketing programs. Your experience in fostering customer relationships has equipped you with the skills to drive engagement and loyalty. You understand the importance of creating mutual value and earning trust in business relationships. You are adept at developing strategies that resonate with customers and enhance their experience with the product. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights is a key strength. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and can effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing Fieldguide's customer marketing program. You will develop initiatives that promote customer advocacy and engagement, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer feedback with product development and marketing strategies. Your role will involve creating content and resources that empower customers to share their success stories and experiences with the product.

You will also analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, helping to shape the overall customer experience. Your efforts will contribute to establishing a strong community of advocates who can share their insights and drive further engagement. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's reputation and fostering long-term relationships with customers.
