Loopio Inc. is hiring a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale a customer marketing function from scratch. You'll drive customer retention, product adoption, and advocacy. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer marketing, with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention. You thrive in building structures from the ground up and are passionate about enhancing customer experiences. Your ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and drive results. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey value-driven messaging effectively. You are results-oriented and have a track record of impacting revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute the end-to-end customer marketing strategy, focusing on onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. You will design and implement lifecycle and nurture programs that accelerate customer time-to-value, leveraging behavior-based campaigns informed by usage data. You will drive feature adoption and ongoing product engagement by collaborating closely with Product and Product Marketing teams, supporting launches and roadmap priorities. Additionally, you will lead customer communications and launch motions, ensuring timely and clear messaging across product updates and initiatives. You will partner with Customer Success and Sales to support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell efforts, creating targeted campaigns for various account segments. Your role will be foundational in establishing a customer marketing function that enhances customer value and drives revenue impact.
