Fieldguide is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant to work closely with Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams. You'll help streamline audit processes and enhance client relationships. This role is remote-friendly and based in San Francisco.

What you'll do
As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will play a critical role in the go-to-market strategy, working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure successful implementation of our audit solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they derive maximum value from our software. Your insights will help shape product development and enhance user experience.
You will be responsible for executing project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations. Your role will also involve training clients on our software, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to inform future enhancements. You will contribute to building a culture of trust and collaboration within the team, helping to establish Fieldguide as a leader in the audit and advisory space.
