Overview

Crusoe is seeking a Go-To-Market Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for Customer Success and Sales Engineering roles. You'll partner with senior stakeholders and manage high-impact requisitions in San Francisco.

Who you are

You are an experienced recruiter with a strong background in Go-To-Market roles, particularly in Customer Success and Sales Engineering. You have a proven track record of managing complex hiring processes and collaborating with senior stakeholders to meet business needs. Your ability to understand market dynamics and provide strategic guidance on role scoping and leveling sets you apart as a trusted advisor. You thrive in an autonomous environment and are comfortable taking ownership of high-impact requisitions while enabling your team to scale effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Your analytical mindset helps you align internal equity with market data, ensuring that your hiring practices are both competitive and fair. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles, including Customer Success Managers and Customer Experience positions. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on role requirements, market trends, and hiring strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and conducting interviews to assess fit and qualifications.

You will partner closely with stakeholders in Customer Success, Cloud Engineering, and Sales Engineering to understand their hiring needs and business priorities. Your role will involve collaborating with the Senior Director of Customer Experience to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and organizational goals. You will also play a critical role in enhancing the recruiting team's effectiveness by taking ownership of execution while leadership focuses on strategy and planning.
