You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with customers through various channels such as email and video calls. Your ability to manage requests and close deals will be essential in helping customers maximize their use of Figma's platform.

What you'll do
In this role, you will communicate with existing customer accounts about Figma’s platform and pricing, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. You will manage inbound sales requests, processing renewals and changes to billing as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include qualifying and routing inbound prospects to the appropriate Account Executive, helping to streamline the sales process. You will gain valuable experience in sales operations and customer management, which will support your career development in this field.
