What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting processes for Figma's business organizations, specifically focusing on G&A and People functions. You will partner with business leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles, ensuring that you source and build healthy, representative pipelines. You will engage passive talent through various methods, including cold outreach, events, and content production, while also effectively managing inbound applications and referrals. You will leverage data to inform your hiring strategy, using insights to influence executives and drive positive change. You will contribute to the organization's recruiting best practices and processes, ensuring that Figma continues to attract top talent. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
