Who you are

You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the tech or design industry. You understand the dynamics of strategic alliances and have a proven track record of unlocking new revenue streams through partnerships. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including agencies and commercial partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape Figma's partner strategy from the ground up.

You are comfortable working in a hybrid role, balancing in-person collaboration with remote work. You are proactive and self-motivated, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results. You have a keen interest in design and technology, and you are passionate about making design accessible to all. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working with different organizations across EMEA.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and onboard new prospects for Figma's official service partner program. You will partner closely with Figma's go-to-market teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholder relationships with both official and unofficial distribution partners, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are equipped to promote Figma's platform effectively. You will play a crucial role in accelerating Figma's growth through strategic partnerships, helping to bring Figma's platform to new organizations around the world.

You will also be involved in building new partner programs from scratch, which will require creativity and strategic thinking. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to develop programs that resonate with potential partners. Your insights will help shape Figma's long-term partner strategy, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
