You have a proven track record in partnership management, with at least 5 years of experience in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to identify potential partnership opportunities aligns with strategic goals, and you excel in conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the suitability and potential value of prospective partners. You are a strong communicator, capable of establishing rapport and maintaining regular contact to foster mutually beneficial partnerships. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to lead discussions and finalize agreements that are beneficial for all parties involved.
What you'll do
As a Senior Partnership Manager at Moss, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating long-term relationships with partners. You will identify potential partnership opportunities that align with Moss' strategic goals and target markets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the suitability and potential value of prospective partners. You will cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners, establishing rapport and engaging in effective communication. Additionally, you will lead negotiations with partners to create and finalize agreements, ensuring that commercial terms are beneficial. Collaborating closely with legal and executive teams, you will ensure contract compliance and contribute to Moss' journey to become the European market leader in spend management.
