Experience in international program management is a plus, particularly in launching educational initiatives in diverse regions such as India, Brazil, and Australia. What you'll do

As the Lead Product Manager for Figma for Education, you will own the global education strategy, setting the vision and executing playbooks that scale across various educational sectors. You will lead the existing EDU team, managing current initiatives while hiring strategic roles to expand your reach in 2026. Your role will involve driving international expansion by launching regional programs and partnerships, ensuring that Figma's offerings meet the needs of educators worldwide. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to shape classroom-optimized features, advocating for the needs of educators and students alike. You will define success metrics for educational initiatives, analyzing data to inform product decisions and improve user experiences. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, empowering members to contribute their best ideas and efforts.
