What you'll do

As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will lead the onboarding and training initiatives for Axon Enterprise, ensuring that every new and existing team member has the resources they need to succeed. You will design and deliver comprehensive training programs that integrate new talent and scale the expertise of the Enterprise business. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to develop frameworks and experiences that promote operational excellence and a culture of growth.

You will also provide crucial support across business operations, partnering on projects that involve finance oversight, deal desk management, and internal tools. Your work will touch every part of the organization, making you a vital connector between people and processes. You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refining them to meet the evolving needs of the business.
